Introduction

As a therapist with over 20 years of experience, I believe the most effective form of therapy is the therapy that works best for you. I offer an integrative and collaborative approach tailoring sessions to your goals, individual strengths, and personal readiness. By providing a safe and nurturing space to explore your experiences and needs, we can begin the process of creating lasting change. Our work together will offer you the opportunity to practice a compassionate curiosity about your thoughts and feelings, identify patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, create a greater connection to all parts of yourself, and develop skills and strategies that support your goals. This becomes the foundation for wellness – a state from which you can recognize your innate wisdom, respond with resiliency, and live with greater balance, joy, and fulfillment. Getting Started The decision to enter or resume therapy is a courageous first step. To support this process, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to help us determine if my services are a good fit for you. To schedule your consultation, please click on the contact link at the top of this page. I look forward to speaking with you. Fees The current fees for services are listed below and payment is due at the time of your appointment. If you have out of network mental health benefits through your insurance and would like to seek reimbursement, I will provide a “superbill” at your request. It is each client’s personal decision whether or not to seek insurance reimbursement and I am happy to answer questions to support the decision making process. For information about coverage, rates, and requirements, please contact your insurance company. Office Hours: Monday through Thursday By Appointment Only Kristi Hallman is a Maryland licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) offering in person and remote psychotherapy for adults.
