My journey as a social worker began in 1994, when after college, I volunteered to live and work in a group home for youth. It was here that my love of connecting with and supporting others blossomed. I subsequently earned my master's degree in Chicago and spent over 5 years working with adolescent foster youth. Following this, I transitioned to working with families with young children in Phoenix and California, earning a certificate from the Harris Institute of Infant and Early Mental Health along the way. After taking some time out of the field to raise my kids, I recently returned to the field with a renewed perspective and life experience. My passion lies in connecting with my clients, gaining a deep understanding of their experiences, and equipping them with practical tools to navigate their daily lives. My focus is perinatal mental health, early childhood & infant mental health and family relationships.
