My approach in therapy focuses on identifying the root causes of your problem and equipping you with practical tools to manage and overcome it. Anxiety and trauma can manifest in many areas of life, from work to public speaking and social interactions. My goal is to help you build confidence, enhance your performance, and achieve your personal and professional goals with confidence. I utilize both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help clients overcome performance anxiety, traumatic stress, and other related challenges. EMDR is particularly effective in processing traumatic memories, allowing clients to desensitize and heal from difficult experiences. CBT helps identify and reshape negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety and stress. Together, these approaches have helped many of my clients to build resilience, manage emotions, and enhance their performance, both personally and professionally.
