My passion is helping people uncover their strength, resilience and inner wisdom in order to navigate struggles and make meaningful changes to better their lives. I specialize in working with individuals ages 16+ with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and OCD. I can walk with you through relationship issues and life transitions, including divorce, occupational shifts and ageing. I favor a person-centered, humanistic and individualized approach that combines my background in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and mindfulness practices. I will focus on your goals and needs, meet you where you are and tailor therapy to both reflect and enhance your personal journey. Beyond work, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking long walks, yoga, music, reading and art.
