Introduction

As a Trauma-informed therapist I believe people are created for deep connection and joy. When harmed or experiencing trauma, grief, betrayal, or simply feeling "stuck", it can seem as if we're wandering alone in the wilderness in the midst of our pain, unsure of where to go next or how to find the path home. Together, we will explore your life through story to gain insight into where these connections were harmed or broken and move towards healing in mind, body, and spirit. The path towards healing leaves landmarks along the way, layers of healing which lead to the choice to build and live a whole-hearted life. As we bravely live out our own healing journeys we can then offer beauty, goodness, hope, and healing to the world around us. This is a supervised private practice. It is owned and/or managed by a master’s level, non-independent licensee under Board-approved clinical supervision pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-211.
