I will help you create more balance and flexibility in the way you live your life so that you are able to lead the life you have been yearning for. This therapeutic space allows for you to talk about your biggest accomplishments and your largest traumas. I'm here for this and everything in between. I genuinely enjoy what I do and am an ally to all humans. I believe that kindness and conversation can help us to understand each other in a more positive light. I specialize in anxiety, relationships, perinatal mental health (pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy and post birth), LGBTQ+, trauma, and overcoming stress. Therapy is a process... and finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with can feel overwhelming. That is why I offer a 15min free session to see if you feel comfortable with me.
