**** I am not currently accepting new clients.**** Making the choice to start therapy is a unique and sometimes intimidating process. I want to make support accessible and meaningful for you. I believe you have the capacity for growth and improvement, no matter your history or current concerns. My goal is to build a partnership with you as you work to explore your experience and move within the world in a healthier, more fulfilling way. I have experience supporting clients with a variety of concerns, ranging from managing stress to dealing with persistent mental illness. Other areas of focus include school-related issues, anger management, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, health and wellness, anxiety, and depression. My approaches include talk therapy with integrated breathing, mindfulness, movement, and expressive arts. I have been trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ARC (Attachment, Self-Regulation, and Competency), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). It's my priority is to hear you and be with you as you work to achieve your goals.
