Introduction

I have more than 14 years experience as a psychotherapist. My professional mission focuses on improving family communication one parent at a time. I also use somatic therapy to assist individuals to unlock past trauma stored in the body that traditional talk therapy has not previously been able to heal. I use several treatment modalities including Emotionally Focused therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems therapy, (IFT), and other Attachment based theories of treatment. I accept Medicare and Carelon/Partnership insurances.
