Kristin (she/they) has been a therapist since 2010, and primarily works with adults. She understands the depth and pervasiveness of trauma, anxiety, and distress has on the mind and the body, and approaches treatment from a holistic and integrative perspective. Kristin received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2010. Kristin worked for 5 years in community mental health organizations before opening her private practice in 2015. Kristin has served the greater Vancouver area since 2013. Kristin is a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ therapist who specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness/chronic pain and working with the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ community. Kristin has specialized training in Brainspotting, Emotional-Freedom Technique (EFT), parts work, and body-based emotional regulation. Kristin weaves together therapeutic approaches to fit each individual client.
