Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Warrior Wellness Counseling, LLC
Specialties: First Responders, PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression,

Introduction

Are you feeling stuck in the aftermath of trauma or struggling with symptoms of post-traumatic stress? You're not alone—and you don’t have to face it alone. I’m Kristina Colletti, a Board Certified Counselor licensed in both New Jersey and New York. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma and post-traumatic stress injuries, with a particular focus on supporting first responders. As a former first responder myself, I understand the unique challenges and experiences that come with the job—and the toll it can take. Trauma can affect your mind, body, and relationships in ways that are sometimes hard to name. You might be living with symptoms like hypervigilance, anxiety, intrusive memories, nightmares, emotional numbness, irritability, difficulty concentrating, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others. These reactions are not signs of weakness—they're survival responses. Together, we can begin to process these experiences and move toward healing. As a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist, I use evidence-based methods to support your recovery. In our work together, we’ll start by building a strong therapeutic relationship and co-create a plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. What sets my practice apart is the integration of clinical expertise with lived experience. I bring not only professional training but also personal understanding of trauma into the therapeutic space. This allows me to offer a safe, empathetic environment grounded in both insight and compassion. If you’re ready to reclaim your life and begin your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
