My name is Kristina, and I am a licensed therapist, serving the states of North Carolina and Florida. I have over 13 years of experience, working with a wide range of populations. I've worked in community mental health services, and as a school counselor. My passion is for helping others to heal. In order to tailor treatment to you, I utilize a wide range of techniques to best serve you. Those include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Technique, Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered. A little about me: I am a married mother of 4 daughters. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004, with a BA in Psychology and Communications. In 2009, I earned my Master's in Education in Counseling from Campbell University. I am currently working on my PhD in Psychology from National University. When I am not working or studying, I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming, going to the beach, and watching movies. I also love to travel, and am a huge Disney fan.
