I'm a licensed Marriage and Family therapist in the states of HI and CA serving the San Francisco Bay Area, the state of California, and Hawaii. I started in private practice in 2020 and specialize in stress, anxiety, and relational trauma. I am formally trained as an Internal Family Systems therapist to facilitate deep healing and lasting change.
