I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and members of the LGBTQ+ community in addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-harm, suicidal ideation, parenting concerns, gender identity, and more. Whether you’re struggling with your career path, family dynamics, or emotional challenges, we’ll take steps together to help you find clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of balance. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a therapeutic approach that uses eye movements and memory reconsolidation to help you process distressing memories and emotional pain more effectively. ART is a powerful tool for addressing trauma, anxiety, phobias, and other challenges, often bringing relief in fewer sessions than traditional methods.
