I'm an NJ and NY licensed counselor with over 10 years experience helping teens and adults improve their mental health and live healthier lives. I specialize in perinatal/ postpartum counseling, CBT, DBT, and ACT. I believe there are certain periods of time in everyone's life where we deserve the support of someone who is nonjudgmental, affirming, and skillfully helpful. I aim to be that person for anyone who is seeking help. I am passionate about providing hope as well as practical skills to empower clients (especially new parents) to feel confident, capable, self respecting, and joyful.
