Introduction

Hello, my name is Kristy Cuthbert. I am a licensed psychologist in the states of Massachusetts and Texas. I also act as training clinic director at Texas A&M University. I completed my graduate training at Boston University, where I trained at McLean Hospital, the Boston VA, and the BU Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders. I completed my internship at UCONN Health/Newington VA in Connecticut. I specialize in treating anxiety and related disorders using evidence based treatments, including CBT, DBT, and RO-DBT. I am also a VA-certified provider of cognitive processing therapy, a gold standard treatment for PTSD. I have specialized experience working with women's mental health and military veterans, and I am an active duty Air Force veteran. My goal as a therapist is to work collaboratively with each patient, tailoring treatment plans so that each individual learns skills to build confidence and overcome the symptoms that are getting in the way of living a meaningful life.
