Introduction

Have you been dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, adjusting to something new? Are you struggling with relationship troubles or realizing truths about yourself and worried about people's reactions? I can help! I've been working for years to gain skills to help you with any of these problems and more. I have provided care to clients in various settings over the last 15 years-hospitals, universities, domestic violence shelters, schools, nonprofits and through community service helping victims of crime as well as those affected by natural disasters. I have my own practice now and have been growing it successfully since 2016. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, women's issues, gender affirming care, and working especially with the LGBTQ+ community. If I sound like a good fit for you, let's talk.
