I believe in healing through connections and that therapy can be an opportunity to explore life experiences and reconnect with yourself and discover the path to a more meaningful and fulfilling life. As a trained art therapist, I often use art making as a tool to support the therapeutic work. Beginning a therapeutic relationship can feel scary and overwhelming, taking the risk to open up stories that you may not feel comfortable sitting with. So the first step for me is to bring a warm, supportive space and co-create the safety you need to engage in the therapeutic work. I use compassion and humor to create a space where we can work together to make shifts in your life and explore challenging topics. I work collaboratively with you in clarifying your goals you are working towards and the space to open up possibilities.
