Introduction

Hello! I am Krysta, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Orlando, FL. If you have found yourself on my about me page, I can imagine you or a loved one are going through a tough time and are looking for someone who “gets it” and can offer you support. I hope this page serves that purpose for you as you try to find a therapist best fit for you. I am here to help the women and teens of Central Florida through the rough patches in life. From anxiety, depression, body image, career, family or marital issues, I am here to help you through it. As a wife, mother, and business woman I know first hand how hard it is to keep it all together. It is my passion to give women the support they need through life's trying times. As a therapist, I view my role as a companion and guide, helping you navigate through your journey, starting where you are at. I am adaptable, here to listen, process, validate, and offer guidance without judgement. It can be hard to be vulnerable and my goal is to make that as easy as possible for you or your loved one. Let’s talk about what is going on and how I can best help you or your loved one. Together we can make a plan for how to walk through what you are experiencing and finally get to the other side. Feel free to contact me at the link below to get started. I look forward to hearing from you.
