Introduction

Hi! I’m Krysten, an LMFT-Associate motivated by a passion for ending the stigma surrounding mental health in the Latinx community. As a Latina who grew up in the Rio Grande Valley, I have a deep personal understanding of the cultural values, challenges, and strengths that shape the lives of those in the Latinx community. I aim to help couples navigate issues like infidelity, communication challenges, trust, & intimacy, creating a safe space to heal and reconnect. For individuals, I provide support in building self-empowerment, setting boundaries, and understanding the unique cultural and familial dynamics that influence their lives. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. It’s a brave step toward understanding yourself, strengthening your relationships, and creating the life you want. I especially enjoy working with couples and young adults in the Latinx community, and I’m here to support you wherever you are on your journey. Let’s take that first step together!
