You may have received support in the past or be brand new to therapy. Regardless to how long you’ve been considering it or your past experiences, you’re here now! I honor and recognize everyone in their bravery for coming this far. My goal is to align with my clients in conceptualizing their goals for therapy and explore what treatment pathways are best for them. I focus on building skills to navigate life and processing the past with my clients. I have been practicing mental health therapy since June 2020 and working or interning in the mental health and social work field for 4 years previously.
