Introduction

Are you struggling to cope with mental or emotional difficulties and don’t know where to turn? Have you experienced a traumatic situation and haven’t felt like yourself since? I would be honored to walk with you on your healing journey. I strive to put your perspective first and build a method of treatment with you that is customized to you and your unique situation through an adaptable Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral approach grounded in compassion. I am experienced in providing Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Focused CBT, Spiritual Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Integration, and the ASAM levels of care. I specialize in trauma-focused counseling and have worked with families, adults, and children ages 6 to 65 in individual and group settings. I speak Spanish at ILR Level 2 but am not fluent. I have a foundation in multicultural counseling, including multicultural awareness and sensitivity for Hispanic ethnicities, supported by my volunteer work in Guatemala. I believe every person has the capacity to improve their life but may not have the tools or support they need to reach their goals. Life is challenging, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming.
