I believe people are unique and therefore there is no cookie cutter approach to working with clients. My experience is that everyone has the capacity to find their way to solutions and hold the answers to the questions they seek but may need guidance in the process. I believe in the "stool" approach to life. We all have our stool and it has three legs: Physical, Emotional and Spiritual. If any of these legs is shorter or longer than the others we are off balance. The more off balance the stool is, the more uncomfortable we are in life. In therapy I provide an honest and safe environment designed to help individuals explore their emotional and spiritual needs without fear of condemnation or judgement. I work with individuals, couples and families. I greatly enjoy working with couples who may be struggling in areas of communication or infidelity. Simply put, therapists are like cars. Each therapist has different qualities and skills that suit different needs. What suits the needs of one person may not fulfill the needs of a family of five. I want to work with clients that will benefit from my skills, knowledge and insight and I look forward to working with you.
