It’s exhausting to feel misunderstood, out of sync with yourself, or unsure of what’s next. One minute you’re expected to have your life figured out, the next you’re drowning in group chats, deadlines, and internal chaos. If your brain is constantly racing, your emotions feel like a rollercoaster, or you just feel off-therapy can help. Therapy with me is a space to pause, reflect, and start making sense of the noise. Together, we’ll work on building skills that actually fit your brain and your life. I offer in-person therapy and virtual sessions from a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming approach, and my sessions are honest, encouraging, and completely judgment-free. You don’t need to show up perfect. Just show up as you are. Together, we’ll figure out how to make life feel less heavy and more like something you can actually enjoy.
