For over a decade, I have supported individuals and families to overcome anxiety, depression, addiction, school or career difficulties, self-doubt and relationship or parenting challenges. In my work with I utilize a variety of evidenced based practices to help change thinking patterns, heal from adverse experiences, and develop healthy attachments. I value traditional counseling approaches, and as an art therapist also appreciate the use of expressive therapies as alternative methods of expression.
