Introduction
Previously, my trade was computer science. But one semester I took a psychology class that dealt with understanding human behavior, and from there, I fell in love with the field. Then I realized that I have a passion for supporting others. As I went through the journey to become a licensed therapist, I recognized the importance of self-care and wellness in a different way. Having this journey to develop a new appreciation for self-care and wellness has led me to guide others in recognizing the importance of these two gems in their life.
