I firmly believe each individual is the expert on their own life, even when you are struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, adjustment to major change, gender and identity development issues, parenting or relationship challenges, or something else. As your counselor, I will strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore these concerns and gather the courage, competence, and support to find your way. Together, we will use play, activity, sand tray or talk therapy along with insights from attachment, development, neuropsychology, and trauma science and research in session to guide your journey onwards and upwards towards emotional well-being.
