Introduction

I’m passionate about helping people as they navigate difficult life situations- whether they be past situations causing current distress or stressful life situations currently happening. I might be a good fit for you if you’re looking for a therapist who can be validating and challenging to help you move your life forward. I have special interest in helping people navigate complex illness, grief, infertility, depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a therapist, I have an eclectic approach, starting with hearing your story. I've had training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
