Associate Marriage and Family Therapist Sync Counseling Center
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief, Burnout,

Introduction

Welcome! My name is Lacy. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor committed to helping my clients heal from relational pain. My work focuses on creating relational safety so that my clients can draw closer to orphaned parts of themselves and experience greater self-compassion, joy, and hope. My therapeutic philosophy draws from relational psychoanalysis, attachment theory, and interpersonal neurobiology. I primarily work with teens dealing with anxiety, women in life transition, and couples. Clients who work with me say I am warm, open, and deeply committed to their well-being. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help my clients reach their goals. If you’d like to schedule a consultation, please send an email to lacy@sync.org or give me a call at 626-471-1213 for a free, 15 minute phone call. I look forward to hearing from you.
