LaDonn Woodson is a licensed clinical social worker. She obtained her Bachelor of Social Science degree from Ashford University, graduating in 2011. She also holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Walden University, graduating in 2021. She has worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. She has also worked as a life coach serving adolescents, adults, and families for well over 15 years. Her background includes working in intensive in-home case management and integrated behavioral health through community mental health and nonprofit organizations. She specializes in helping support those who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and alone. She provides a safe, therapeutic, non-judgmental, and supportive environment while using interventions that are the best for your needs. She promotes a nurturing, positive counselor/client relationship while on your healing journey. Her counseling approach is grounded in teachings centered around Existential Counseling, Person-Centered, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She also utilizes mindfulness activities to encourage relaxation and coping skills.
