Introduction

There are many times in our lives when we recognize that our behaviors and beliefs may not be serving our current life path. In fact, we may recognize that those behaviors we used to protect ourselves are holding us back from truly living the life we want and deserve. I primarily work with adults who need support around: anxiety, gender identity, sexuality, perfectionism, compassion fatigue, grief, and chronic illness. I strive to be an ally who is committed to ongoing professional training and self-study around showing up both personally and professionally to people who are impacted by systemic forms of oppression. My work is identity-affirming, anti-oppressive, and culturally-sensitive. I view allyship as a verb--an action.
