I enjoy helping people of all ages improve their self-esteem, build confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and heal attachment wounds in order to live their most comfortable, authentic lives. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including narrative therapy, family systems, and a blend of cognitive and somatic techniques to explore the ways in which past and present issues are causing internal conflicts and contributing to stress, overwhelm, depression, and anxiety. I assist clients with examining and challenging the negative core beliefs learned from the past. With new perspectives about their own life story, clients can feel more empowered to make changes in their thought patterns and behavior, and “rewrite” their life story for a future that better reflects and represents their core Self.
