Trauma, anxiety, stress, relationship issues and job concerns are just to name a few that life is good at bringing our way! These few areas and more can bog us down and begin to create ever increasing problems. Counseling is a great way to progress through what life sends our way. I utilize a CBT approach with a person centered aspect. I focus first on stabilizing the basics which I call anchor points then move on to the issues that are presented. As I progress through my career I have understood that trauma plays a major part in life. We try our best to overcome what life throws us but sometimes it's just too much.
