Introduction

As an experienced psychotherapist, I believe in integrating various therapeutic approaches that will allow a person to restructure their thoughts and behaviors through practical cognitive principles. My therapeutic approach is based upon the “whole person concept”, considering the importance of individual, cultural, family, and communal variables within the lives of clients seeking therapy. Therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all" journey, and it can be a challenge to overcome the societal stigmas associated with seeking mental health treatment. Throughout your therapy sessions, you will benefit from shifting the focus from past limitations to accessing new skills and learning different ways to solve problems, manage your emotional responses, and build healthy thinking patterns that will lead you to a more enjoyable and successful way of life. The mind controls our thoughts, emotions, and has a significant influence on our physical health. It deserves the same level of attention and care as any other part of our bodies. I am excited to work with you in establishing your Blueprint to health, happiness, and mental wellness!
