I take a dual approach, which means equipping you with skills and tools to improve symptoms and also ensure we explore and heal their cause for lasting change. I help couples and individuals learn coping and communication techniques. When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me exploring the vibrant city of Seattle with my beloved dog, soaking in the energy of live music, or enjoying heartfelt moments cooking with my friends and family.
