Life does not move forward without change, and yeah, change can be a difficult process. Change includes addressing feelings, thoughts, images and physical sensations from our past that influence how we function in the present. Sometimes change includes having to ask for help. Change also means feeling all the feels to heal and grow. Having over 20 years of experience, I am here to help you on your journey to find meaningful change, healing and growth! I have worked with young adults, adults, and families for over 20 years. I specialize in trauma, complex trauma, and women's issues including managing perimenopause and menopause. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and utilize other experiential trauma informed approaches such as Parts and Memory Therapy. I provide in person and telehealth sessions for those in Nevada at this time. Telehealth benefits include convenience, accessibility and a reduction in social stigma associated with receiving mental health services. Take care and reach out when in need.
