Lara has a background in massage therapy, clinical herbalism, and energy systems. Some hobbies are painting, drawing, gardening, natural wellness, and exploring the outdoors with children. They bring experience working with couples, families, survivors of domestic violence, adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, art therapy group facilitation, LGBTQIA2S+ youth group facilitation, community-based healing practice, and is a certified Breema movement/bodywork instructor, utilizing the 9 Principles of Harmony.
