Hello! I aim to build a nonjudgmental space to explore your emotions and find proactive solutions to life trauma and tribulations. I started by counseling journey by counseling within the specialty courts and prison system. My main focus was to help those experiencing high trauma and adjusting to major life changes. With this experiences, I have been able to improve my counseling by using CBT and Solution Focused approaches to explore emotions and improve proactive behavior. I believe that our minds are a powerful tool that can affect our emotions which then can change our behaviors. My goal is to help guide you to focus on your negative thought processes and overcome them together for a positive outcome. I aim to help you understand how to focus on your needs, set life goals, problem solve, and create more meaningful connections with others.
