I love people. I enjoy helping people and watching them thrive. I want the best for the stranger that I pass by on the street. I want you to reach your full potential and find great meaning, peace, and love in your life and give and receive compassion. I offer group and individual therapy for adults, couples, and parents, whether they are together or separated, to work through challenges with connecting, communication, and having a vision or game plan for their life while getting support and guidance. I aspire to provide a warm, enlightening environment for personal growth. Empowered Transitions Counseling and Consulting feels inspired and honored to help individuals find meaning from their personal struggles to create balance and light in their lives.
