My specialty comes down to one thing: the ability to build relationships. I am a firm believer that it is the relationship that you and I build that brings about change, growth, and healing. Just like in life, no two relationships are the same. I am interested in building a relationship with authentic you. Therapy with me is about connection and that requires vulnerability. Of course, I don't expect you to trust me right away; it takes time. We can talk about anything and everything. You can spill ALL the tea! I'll remember all the names of the people who are important to you. I want to know what your experiences mean to YOU.
