Our life experiences and genetic predispositions can cause us to experience intense feelings. It can even feel like our emotions run our lives. We may find ourselves struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, BPD, or a combination of those, among others. I strive to create an empathic, non-judgmental, and safe atmosphere to support my clients in overcoming barriers and making positive changes.
