Introduction

Hi there! My name is Laura and I enjoy helping individuals learn more about their mental health and normalizing their emotional needs. I focus on creating a space in which you feel heard and understood without judgement. As an adult child of immigrants I have a passion working with minority populations to help break the stigma of mental health. I help people explore who they are as individuals to improve not only their relationships with others, but also with themselves.
