Introduction

I focus my work on couples and therapy with adult individuals. I graduated from Stanford in 2002 and received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 2007. I also have a post-masters certification in Marriage and Family Therapy from Denver Family Institute as well as training in a couples model of therapy called EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). I am committed to intersectionality and creating safe spaces for marginalized identities. I have extensive experience working with childhood trauma, relationship wounds, and emotional distress.
