Are you a caregiver trying to balance the stresses of life while providing for someone you love? Maybe you are a parent to a child going through difficult behaviors, feelings, or health concerns. Sometimes we can feel alone in our struggle and it can be overwhelming to know where to start in this process. I believe one of the most important factors in overcoming our struggles is connection and support. I want to offer my support and walk through this journey with you. I believe you are the expert in your own story. I am simply here to help you navigate through that story one step at a time. I want you to know that you are not alone and seeking therapy is the first step of many on your journey towards healing. I work with children as well as adults. Over the last 10 years, I have experience in addiction counseling as well as elementary school based counseling. I also have worked with parents in navigating the importance of their own healing process as well as their relationship with their children.
