Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking deeper personal growth, Laura creates a warm and supportive environment where healing and self-discovery unfold naturally. Laura's professional journey has taken her through community mental health centers, school systems, inpatient programs, local health departments, and private practice. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Towson University and an M.S. in Psychology from Loyola University in Baltimore, MD. Outside of her therapy work, Laura finds renewal in nature, hiking and beekeeping, enjoying live music, and spending time with loved ones—including her furry companions. She believes in the power of presence, connection, and embracing life’s ever-changing rhythm.
