Introduction

Welcome - every part of you is welcome here! I specialize in complex trauma with a focus on attachment/childhood wounds. I do much more than just talk therapy -- I have advanced skills in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic (body-based) therapies, parts work, and experiential therapy. If you are feeling stuck, alone, or hopeless... I believe deeply in your growth and healing and would consider it an immense and sacred honor to walk alongside you on your journey. I provide intensive therapy retreats at the beautiful Breathe Lodge in the midst of nature. If you are ready to invest in your transformation, reach out today!
