Introduction

I'm all about creating a safe space for you to navigate life's toughest moments. I'm here to help you find your way through grief, loss, and the challenges of dementia. Life can throw us some curveballs, can't it? Whether you're grappling with the loss of a loved one, feeling lost in the fog of grief, or trying to make sense of the changes that dementia brings, you don't have to go through it alone. As a mental health therapist specializing in grief and loss, as well as dementia care, I've walked alongside many individuals and families on their unique journeys. I have also personally taken this journey grieving a loss from Alzheimer's disease. Through our sessions together, my goal is to offer you support, understanding, and practical strategies to help you cope and find moments of peace amidst the storm. With a laid-back and empathetic approach, I strive to create a space where you can truly be yourself – no judgment, no pressure, just genuine connection and support. Together, we'll explore your feelings, unravel the complexities of your experiences, and work towards healing and growth at your own pace. So, if you're ready to take that first step towards healing, I'm here to walk with you. Let's embark on this journey together and discover the strength and resilience that lie within you.
