I am here to empower the women I serve and help reclaim their identity, autonomy and inner confidence. I am experienced in helping women find healing through various types of trauma including physical, sexual, emotional and religious harm. Other issues treated have included anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I use warmth and unconditional acceptance to create a safe space for you to explore your current challenges, goals and values. My services are exclusively telehealth across the state of Washington. No commute or battling traffic!
