I have passion for working alongside individuals and couples, in all walks of life. From navigating feelings of anxiety or depression, or additional mental health issues, my goal is to help clients develop new coping mechanisms to change their lives for the better. I am also passionate about encouraging clients to live self-compassionate lives, whether through life transitions and troubles, or those struggling with body image/diet culture concerns. I cater my approach to each individual or couple's needs. Some of the modalities used are Emotion Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Self-Compassion (K. Neff). I desire to meet individuals and couples where they are at, in that moment, and assist to pave a way forward. It takes courage and vulnerability to pursue help and support in whatever life circumstance you may be facing. I would love to walk along aside you as you navigate life, meeting you where you are at, to provide support.
