Introduction
Human existence is unique for each of us, and that means a uniquely tailored approach to therapy is important. Taking a one-size-fits-all approach negates the fact that we are naturally complex beings. If you could get the same thing from therapy that you could get from a self-help book, you wouldn't be here, would you? My therapy approach is practical, compassionate, easygoing and down-to-earth. I draw from my training in evidenced based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), but I also rely heavily on my own intuition to help guide our work together. I weave together various theories and principles to create a personalized therapy experience just for you.
