My approach draws from an eclectic assortment of therapeutic techniques create a treatment plan that is best suited to your needs, personality, and sensory preferences. I work from an intersectional feminist and person centered approach, which means that I acknowledge the importance of different pieces of your identity and their impacts and influences on your development and experiences, but also, while I may have questions and insights to challenge and explore with you, I respect you as the authority of your self.
